I have to admit that the creativity of the rolling community continues to blow my mind.

So by now every one pretty much knows that the iPhone is one of the best devices out there in todays consumer world. It can do pretty much any and everything that someone can think of.
I mean from easily making your music/movie collection accesible it replaces the need for an MP3 player and Portalable DVD player, but can also replace items like your PSP, Nintendo DS ,GPS (although I wouldn’t recommend it), Digital Camera, Video Camera, etc, etc.
Now besides all of that I have found some apps that just make life a little bit easier by having this device. Here they are in no particular order:
Apple’s Remote App: This little app is great for controling your iTunes library and your Apple TV if you are lucky enough to have one. It’s easy to use and also takes no time or real technical skills to setup.
Amazon’s Kindle App: Everyone by now has heard of the Kindle, Amazon’s e-book device to try save the planet. It’s a great device but why buy the device when you can have this app for free. Some people say it’s too hard to read on the iPhone but if you can watch a movie on it, then why not read?
Sonos App: Now for those of you that don’t know Sono’s is a Wireless Music System. To make a long story short it creates a seperate wireless mesh network in your house that you can share/stream music into every room that has a speaker installed in it. This app will control everything from your iPhone.
Shazam App: If you are like me you’ll hear a song on the radio that you like but can never find out how sings it. Well Shazam fixes that for you.
iTranslate App: Prefect if you are traveling to a country where you don’t speak the language. Right now I think it supports over 40 differnet languages.
Vlingo App: Pretty much say anything and this app will make it happen. Update your social networking sites, done. Call someone in your contacts without searching for it, done. Google anything, done. It really does come in handy.
Bump App: Great way to share contact information with someone else that has an iPhone.
I really could go on and on but I think you get the point by now.
